Privacy policy
This document explains what data the404.site collects, why it is needed, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. Data operator: sole proprietor Nikita Denisov (Russia).
Who processes the data
Data operator and owner of the404.site:
- Individual entrepreneur Nikita Vladimirovich Denisov (Russia)
- TIN (INN) 323203032614
- State registration number (OGRNIP) 324320000011792
- Email for data questions: nikitadenisov7548@gmail.com
What data is collected
The site collects only what you type yourself, plus anonymous visit statistics.
- The contact you enter in a request form: name, phone, email or Telegram handle, whichever you choose to give.
- The text of the request: subject, task description, website, budget and the other fields of that form.
- Technical form fields: interface language, the page address the request was sent from, and how long the form took to fill in (bot protection).
- Yandex Metrica data: anonymous visit statistics, cookies, IP address, device and browser type, referrer, actions on the pages.
- Hosting logs: IP address and request time.
Why the data is used
- To answer your request and discuss the task.
- To prepare a quote, agree on terms and do the work.
- To see which pages and ad channels bring visitors, and improve the site.
- To protect the forms from spam and automated submissions.
Legal basis
The data is processed with your consent. You give it when you press the send button in a form: the link to this document sits right next to that button.
Legal basis: Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on personal data, article 6, part 1, items 1 and 5.
Filling in a form is optional. You can always write to me on Telegram or by email instead.
Who the data is shared with
I do not sell data and do not pass it to ad networks. It goes through the services the site runs on:
- Yandex LLC: the Yandex Metrica counter collects anonymous visit statistics.
- Beget LLC: the hosting the site and the request script run on.
- Google LLC: requests arrive in the Gmail mailbox listed above.
- State authorities, where the law requires it.
How long the data is kept
Requests stay in the mailbox for no longer than three years from the date you wrote, then they are deleted. If you ask me to delete the correspondence earlier, I do it within 10 business days.
Yandex Metrica statistics are kept under that service own rules. The anonymous reports do not identify a person.
The site has no personal data database: a request is sent as an email and is not stored on the server.
Cookies
Cookies are set by the Yandex Metrica counter. They are used to tell a new visit from a returning one and to see where the visit came from.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings or install a blocker. The site keeps working; your visit is simply not counted.
Your rights
Under law 152-FZ you can:
- Ask what data about you I hold and where it came from.
- Ask to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask to delete the data or to stop processing it.
- Withdraw your consent at any moment.
- File a complaint with Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.
How to withdraw consent or delete your data
Write to nikitadenisov7548@gmail.com with the subject "Personal data". Name the contact you sent the request from. I reply and delete the data within 10 business days.
How the data is protected
The site runs over HTTPS; the form posts to a script on the same domain.
That script checks the request origin, limits how often requests can be sent and stores nothing on the server.
Only I have access to the mailbox with the requests.
Changes
A new version is published on this page; the address stays the same. Current version: 7 September 2026. The Russian text of this policy is the governing one.
